Frostbite

I drew this awhile ago. I edited it on Photoshop Elements 9. This is my OC Frostbite. There are knives on the chain (it was hard to draw^^) She is dating Hotstreak from Static Shock. Hotstreak has fire powers, and Frostbite has ice powers. The blue around her is her emitting cold turning the are an icy color. She breathed and her breath formed the word Frostbite. She is making the air around her turn to snowflakes. The city behind her is Dakoda half is on fire (Hotstreak's doing), and the other is being frozen by ice (Frostbite's doing). They are both "villains", but are just trying to survive. Um any more questions WATCH THE SHOW!
